It was my first time seeking counselling after experiencing a traumatic event at work, and being able to speak to Renu about my experience was extremely helpful and stress free. Renu made my experience welcoming and supportive, and I will go back to her in the future without hesitation.

Very organized and easy to coordinate/communicate with. Billing is straightforward and sessions are affordable. Gayane is kind, welcoming, and receptive. She creates a safe space that encourages openness and honesty. So far, I have had a great experience with No Fear Counselling.

My therapist Aaron Chin is very professional, compassionate and resourceful. He's just who I needed to discuss my depression problem and I believe it's definitely worth $80 per session. Sometimes I had difficulty understanding his questions since I speak ESL, but he was very patient with me. I liked how he sent me resources (youtube videos/documents for stress relieving exercise etc) via email after the session. The only thing I wished he did for me was to give me more clear instructions of what I need to do to submit the claim to my health care provider (which receipt to use etc, I had no idea there were 2 receipts).

We are still in progress with Shalet, but my wife and I have found her to be attentive and professional so far.

Maggie is fantastic. Really enjoyed the session, and gained some useful insights.
