Lima is amazing!! I am so fortunate to have her. She does not try to undermine the pain that comes from grief. On the contrary, she does not put grief in a box and stages. She does not lessen the pain that comes with the loss of a loved one. She is compassionate and acknowledges my feelings and makes me feel heard. Lima digs deep and is very realistic in her approach. I felt very empowered after 3 sessions with her, my feelings are justified and what really matters is how events affected me, not how others see them and judge me. She is lovely!!

Ainsley is fantastic! She always has great feedback and ideas for me. Today we tried a new technique and although I couldn't see the imagery I still felt so calm once she was done. If you need someone to talk to and aren't sure if you should call, DO IT! You won't regret it!
