Allison has been great to talk to. She's been helping me really dig down to the core of things that have been bothering me and is helping me move through many of those issues.

I really couldn't have a better counselor if I hand picked her myself. I already feel like 150 lbs have been lifted off my shoulders! Shes insightful, at great listener. Her attention to detail is amazing. I always felt heard and understood. I've never felt judged and Im so glad I finally opened up to a professional. Im 70 yrs. old now and ive been carrying a lot of exess baggage with me my whole life. My only wish would be meeting her sooner. She's made it so easy for me to get why I couldn't let go of having these intrusive thoughts of my abusive, now deceased father. He's been taking too much space in my head for too many years. I havent forgiven him or his actions but im now letting it go finally! Im will be forever grateful that she helped me take my power back. Thank you so much Renu Kathy Mackey

The check in process was straight forward. The gentlemen who assisted was very pleasant and easy to converse with. My counselor was professional, attentive and supportive.
