Anmari is super nice and inspires confidence. She lets me talk and express so many feelings. I don't feel judge, but relieved when talking to her. Since I have been in therapy before, the only thing I am expecting are tools or exercises to better improve my goal of healing. Or some 'homework' or recommendation on what do to next and set some goals for the upcoming sessions. I understand therapy is a process and requires more time. Anmari seems interested in providing that help, I would only spect some of those tools to be put in the path to focus more on progressing rather than expressing.

Colleen is really friendly, sweet and empathetic, she listens and gives good feedbacks. I would definitely recommend her and keep her in mind for future sessions.

Her attention to detail is amazing. I always felt heard and understood. I've never felt judged and Im so glad I finally opened up to a professional. Im 70 yrs. old now and ive been carrying a lot of exess baggage with me my whole life. My only wish would be meeting her sooner. She's made it so easy for me to get why I couldn't let go of having these intrusive thoughts of my abusive, now deceased father. He's been taking too much space in my head for too many years.
