Catherine is kind and patient person. She is an amazing counsellor who is thoughtful and has very good insight. I would be happy too recommend her to people with ASD or past trauma.

I felt that Heidi wasn't the right fit for me. But I only have 2 choices of therapist. So I choose the better option. She helped me get back to school to finish my high school diploma.
