Sophia has provided me with some very useful techniques both for self-awareness and for managing complicated situations

Anna is very easy to talk to and very insightful I have enjoyed our sessions and gained valuable knowledge and healthy coping skills I normally am not comfortable discussing person feelings and emotions with people I don’t know yet it has been a very good experience for me with Anna

Sarah was fantastic. I did not find that the online scheduling system was very user friendly in comparison to other mental health services I have used.
