The experience of dealing with Dimple was indeed very insightful. There were aspects which I had not really paid attention to which often led to triggering my high anxiety. She made me realize them and also shared therapies to counter the same. Additionally, how to understand my trigger mechanism to try and mitigate my anxiety occurrences. I would highly recommend Dimple.
