I really enjoyed the session & I felt like it helped my partner open up. Unfortunately my partner doesn't think we need counselling & he said he felt like the counselor was reading from a script, but I may come back on my own.

I feel very fortunate that I had someone to talk to after my MVA. The more I talked the more I realized I was suffering from PTSD, and the more we talked about it, the more trauma surfaced. Fortunately, Polly, my counsellor was able to direct me for further counselling where I have been able to come up with some solutions to ongoing problems. I would never have got to a better place where I feel safer and more in control of my life if I had not started seeking help with No Fear. Thank you for a great service and support.

My No Fear counsellor has helped me sort through a mountain of anxiety, grief and pain. It is not over yet, but I can see the silver lining again and find the joy on a sunny day. Her guidance, ideas and tools to improve my outcome have been wonderfully helpful. I look forward to feeling like myself again. Thank you!
