The website was easy to navigate and book an introductory meeting. The first meeting was very helpful, I liked the way you help clients choose the right counsellor. Because of this method and the work that I have done with my counsellor I have recommended No Fear Counselling to every person who has asked about my progress (since my car accident) as well as anyone who told me they were considering getting help.
Working with Lima has been incredibly rewarding. She is very accommodating and compassionate. I trust her observations and judgement completely, and I feel that she has given me an amazing opportunity to better understand myself, and I firmly believe that what I have learnt in our sessions will help me for the rest of my life.
