Anet is great to work with, and has given me a few tools to use to: a) identify when I'm feeling anxious or depressed B) coping mechanisms to deal with I've been late on one occasion and had to change another appointment as I was runnng 15 min late. Anet always worked with me to make our schedules work.

We have been seeing Ruth for couples counselling. She is wonderful and extremely helpful. She is easy to talk too, and has helped us out a great deal.

Hi there, I was just wondering how things are going with my parents? I know they blame me for a lot of their issues..have they told you the truth about what they did to me? I think I may consider an appointment with you, my mom and dad but I'm worried it may turn into a fight..?
