I'm still pretty new to this company, but I do quite like the way it's set up - how you have a quick telephone discussion with an administrator who helps you find the right person for your needs. I ended up with a counsellor that I'm, so far, very comfortable with, which surprised me because I've tried counselling 3 other times, terribly unsuccessfully. So far, I'm impressed and quite happy with No Fear.
