At first, I was hesitant to take counseling. After experiencing it, I'm glad that I did. Ronaldo made it easy for me to open up and talk about things that I never did with anyone else. Its good to have a place where one can chat about things without judgement or consequence. It made me realize things about myself that I need to improve on. Just want to say thanks to him for his help. I underestimated how valuable the sessions can be. Thank You.

The website was easy to navigate and book an introductory meeting. The first meeting was very helpful, I liked the way you help clients choose the right counsellor. Because of this method and the work that I have done with my counsellor I have recommended No Fear Counselling to every person who has asked about my progress (since my car accident) as well as anyone who told me they were considering getting help.
Working with Lima has been incredibly rewarding. She is very accommodating and compassionate. I trust her observations and judgement completely, and I feel that she has given me an amazing opportunity to better understand myself, and I firmly believe that what I have learnt in our sessions will help me for the rest of my life.
