i visit Celeste once every two weeks for the past few months. She discuss my experieces after the accident and coach me how to overcome fear and try to do some exercises. She also tells me how to handle stress and emotions. So far i find her sessions very useful and i am hoping to learn more how to cope with life after accident. I find her sessions valuable and comforting.
