Ershad was a wonderful counsellor. We felt very comfortable and at home with her. I feel that she sees and understands things most women of colour undergo, and definitely works with the niche for understanding women of colour's unique experiences, especially from different cultural backgrounds

The time and manner of communication given was amazing
