Very good, was able to freely with counsellor.

I thought that Alyssa was very sweet and was very understanding listening to me talk about the problems that I have been facing. It was really great to have someone to talk to when I felt like I had no one else to talk to or rely on. I am still in the process of getting better in terms of my mental health but Alyssa definitely did help out with that a lot

I found the counselling very good and helpful. The payment part was very confusing and unorganized. I was given inaccurate information on the amount to pay and where to send the money.
