Bettina was a total asset to my situation as she laid the foundation out made me open up and try new things. I was in a dark place and she made me see the light. I held back quite a bit but she never gave up. She got it out of me understood everything I went through and walked me through a lot of things I was suffering at that time. She made everything feel okay, it's just apart of the process. She challenged me and urged I complete tasks for the next time we talk. This helped with my anxiety and what I was going through at that time. I am much more motivated now than ever. There's something's you can change when your physically hurt but Bettina taught me about empowering the mind. There is always a way!
