I had a good experience with No Fear Counselling under the kind hands of Afsa. I highly recommend her. I feel comfortable sharing with her my feelings and thoughts. She is so patience, flexible, and approachable. She helped me a lot to recover.

She gave me some very good advice on how to deal with part of my day-to-day anxiety, and we are now establishing a strategy for something I could apply for the long run. The No Fear Counselling intake process made it really easy to get counselling help. I felt like they really wanted to help me when they called me within 24hours of filling out their form online. It was simple and easy to get started. I was paired with Deema Hannoud and she has been really helpful for me to talk to. She is patient and kind and I feel she can empathize and understand my situation. Although I'm continuing my sessions so far, she has been a great help to me and provides me strategies to help me cope. Without NFC I'd probably still be spiraling downwards on my own. I really appreciate all your help so far.
