Great! Very affordable, easy to connect with counsellor through email etc. Very nice to do payment online right after the session

Good. Precessional and easy to schedule an appointment.

Counsellor was good but inconsistent. Cancelled same day of appointment and changed session to virtual. Would like to change counsellor as not yet heard back.

The counselor I was great and very helpful but I'd say that the notification process for upcoming appointments needs improvement.. text message notifications would be much appreciated :)
