I'm really thankful with my Counsellor, Maggie. She's very supportive and calm and help me to find a way to improve my situation. Really glad a friend told me about No fear counselling.

Vicki McCabe is using her counselling skills in helping me cope with my anxiety to driving. I like the fact that she shares information like reading material to better understand the situation the client is undergoing and the exercises to cope with. I feel relaxed talking to Vicki as she has a calm demeanor. I'm glad I signed up with No Fear Counselling and have Vicki as my professional counsellor.

Has really helped me to begin confronting my mental health issues, which is making it much easier to handle every day interactions. Things feel personalized and apparently helpful. I feel heard. Even my initial call in to inquire, I was shown patience and helped even nearing the end of the day. I still feel I have a long way to go but am still a long way from where I started.
