Everything about NFC is really well run. They have a great suite of counselors with a wide variety of backgrounds. This would be overwhelming, but Ofir's onboarding did a really great job of whittling the number down to 2-3. I then read up on those people, and made a choice. The counselor I've been speaking with is wonderful, understanding, communicative and professional. The only thing that hasn't been perfect is the invoicing process. I haven't been getting consistent and on-time invoices, so I'm not 100% that I'm up-to-date paid. Pretty sure, but not as sure as I'd like.

My therapist is Paula Fernandez and she is amazing. She listens to me and encourages me. She has helped me be more self-compassionate towards myself. She also lets me take charge of my therapy which is what I wanted. I am very happy working with Paula,
