It is a very easy-to-use and friendly approach to counseling. The persons who helped me were calm and understanding. It is a great company, especially during these times.

I appreciate being able to book a counsellor as quickly as I did and with someone who is a good listener, compassionate and is good at helping me move forward. We were able to meet in person for the first two apts. and then switch over to online which is much more convenient. Thank you for your service.

Found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The whole intake process was easy and very fast which is surprising considering that there have been times I had to wait a long time just to be able to get in to see someone. I am very happy with the counsellor that was suggested for me and definitely recommend this company to others!
