My counselor is Ruth Patta, I feel very lucky to have found her. She has helped me so much during this difficult time in my life due to trauma that Ive been through. She is full of information and helps me with making sense of everything that is going on in my life. She is very patient, kind and a good listener.

I'm feeling less stressed and feeling better when I'm talking to my counselor Amar Sangha. He listened, asked how feel and advised me to what I'm going through. I'm always looking forward talking to him. It relaxes my mind and I'm able to express myself and share with him about my pain I'm going through. I'm hoping that I can talk to him when I needed him and someone listening to me to go through this stressful situation. I'm very thankful for ICBC for funding this services.

It was helpful in dealing with my psychological issues in adequate ways, reducing my mind pressures and headaches, and providing some useful methods and advice for me to think about good things and avoid bad effects. Thanks.

Hi there, I am sorry for the late reply. Really busy to adjust work and my personal time. I would like to book with Maggie soon as I am quite stressed lately just finding hard to get a time to do so. Maggie is a wonderful counselor to me and give me great support.
