I really like the counselors I've been working with but when I requested the front office staff to get the notes transferred from the first counselor to the next so that we could pick up where we left off it wasn't done. A very frustrating experience since we had to use a whole session going over what would have been in those notes.

Absolutely love my counsellor ershad. She's helped me in many ways and continues to do so.

I have been talking with Erica and I am so happy with how much we’ve accomplished, so quickly! She explains why and solutions. I didn’t think I would be able to feel so much more in control of my emotions and making boundaries! She explains why we breath and helping me to reprogram how I think, to avoid being in fight or flight mode. She immediately made me feel heard and I have applied many techniques in real life situations and seen some major positive changes instantly! Priceless information! I’m very happy with our paring up.
