It was nice experience and I could express what I am going ythrough. Lola has lot of patience to listen what I had to share and she gives some strategies for me to work on. These strategies are helpful

I have a lot of issues. With help from no fear counciling I am doing much better. It doesn't happen right away. But I know it will get better
