Hello, I haven't heard from Catherine. I believe she was suppose to do some research for my case and provide me a some sources to read.

Aman is really kind and thoughtful. She asks insightful questions, and is flexible with giving me the time and space to really explore the answers that I provide. She's really good at following up with whatever things we've talked about in previous sessions to explore further, and it's clear that she has a long-term path for me, mental health-wise, and a willingness to help me follow it.
