I've only had a few sessions, but I'm very impressed at how you were able to match me with a counsellor who has thus far proven very qualified in the exact areas I'm seeking help for, and genuinely makes me feel very comfortable.

David was great. I was looking for therapy for my son while I was able to find a registered psychologist. I have been able to find one now so I no longer need to book David at the moment. I may use him in the future again,

I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Alena. She listens carefully and gives me accurate feedback. The only suggestion I have is that she might repeat less the details of the events I share, and instead focus on recognizing my feelings about the events and feeding them back to me. I was very pleased she identified the dynamics of my interaction with my husband and am looking forward to her helping me learn to change them. Overall, I feel she is doing an excellent job, and she has a very pleasant, caring manner.
