I appreciate the availability of affordable counseling services via a range of mediums: irl, video chat, and phone. Though I have only had a few sessions so far, Heidi, my counselor, has already helped highlight some simple but fundamental areas for significant learning and growth. Additionally she has helped convert reductive defeatist thought patterns into iterative incremental gain thought patterns- a subtle but important differentiation. I’m so grateful to have Magdalena as my counsellor. I could see she leads me to figure out problems by myself and it makes me feel confident after I reached my answer. Also, she is very good at picking up the points what I wanted to say and adding more details which is easy to understand as a whole picture. The counselling itself is a bit heavy on me but I know it makes helping a lot at the same time. Again, I’m so fortunate to have her as my counsellor and will recommend her if someone needs help. I’m sure that I would be moving forward after the counselling every time. No concern about her at all. She is the perfect as she is.

Annemarie was lovely to speak to. She listened without judgement and made me feel comfortable, I think she is a great counsellor for people with high anxiety. She delivered some good resources and showed me how to feel calm and breath using my palm and soft touch in circles. I loved it. Thank you Anne marie
