Sarah comes prepared each session with exercises that she may find useful for your overall progress, however, she’s always ready to pivot and cater to your needs in that moment. Overall, a very calm and grounding presence!

I appreciate the availability of affordable counseling services via a range of mediums: irl, video chat, and phone. Though I have only had a few sessions so far, Heidi, my counselor, has already helped highlight some simple but fundamental areas for significant learning and growth. Additionally she has helped convert reductive defeatist thought patterns into iterative incremental gain thought patterns- a subtle but important differentiation.
