She is warm, generous, and professional at the same time. She made me feel safe and comfortable that I could talk to her about anything in my life. She has a non judgemental approach.

Allison is awesome! We're continuing to see her for the foreseeable future. Very happy we chose her with no regrets whatsoever.

Each Session Ive had to Pavan has been more insightful and helpful in uncovering issues from my past while also coming to terms with my grief over an unexpected family loss. While I am not quite at an ideal headspace at the moment, I feel my sessions with Pavan and taking me on that path.

I really felt Elise was very helpful and it was nice to have someone to talk to and feel a genuine connection

Hayley is the best. I’ve been to a few counsellors and I can confidently say that Hayley is by far my favourite. She can always read the room, and knows how to cut to the core. I can’t recommend Hayley enough
