I have had 2 sessions so far, so I am still getting to know how I feel, but Lima is very kind, helps me to feel safe, and makes me and the things I am saying feel important. She is quick to respond to me outside of our sessions and gives me very helpful tools and practices to work on until out next session.
I am very excited to continue these sessions and I feel a lot of hope working with Lima

Andrea has already helped me significantly with my OCD and anxiety and I have seen improvement in only a few sessions. She is kind, attentive, answers emails quickly, flexible, and understanding of my issues including chronic illness which is hard to find. Sometimes, there can be long periods of silence after I share something that can make me uncomfortable just due to my own anxiety, but this could be processing time and sometimes is nice to leave more space for me to share further, but just due to my social anxiety some communication explaining any longer silences would be helpful to know if Iβm supposed to share more or if sheβs just thinking. Overall a great experience.
