I never really liked the idea but decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. If your even considering it you should do it. Obviously I can't speak for every person who works for no fear because I only interacted with a few however the few I did speak to were courteous and non judgemental. The person I do my sessions with Diana doesn't try to fit me in a box and as far as I can tell doesn't have any bias. Which if I'm honest is about the best compliment I can give to anyone. I hate talking about myself but she makes it easy. You may think it's going to be rough and no fun at all but if you give it a shot I think after the first session you'll be sold.

It's been great so far. I feel like no fear genuinely cares and wants me to succeed. I've gained some tools I can use. What impressed me the most was the approach that was taken in my sessions. I never felt pressured or like we were working off a template that didn't suit my needs. I was treated fairly, openly and without bias. I've really enjoyed my time so far.

Only had 1 session but was good and will continue to have a few more.

Great listener. Helped me come up with a plan.

Gila has been amazing. She makes me feel very comfortable every time I talk with her. She remembers small details and notices things that I say which normally I wouldn’t think about. I can’t wait to continue seeing her, even though I haven’t been talking to her for too long she makes things easier for me.
