Annie was both personable and professional. The technical skill with which she works is admirable, and she obviously know a lot about the craft. The space and all of her tools are clean, her mapping techniques are wow worthy and the final product is something everyone should have. I cannot wait for my touch up to go a little darker, but again, Annie is delicate with the process and would rather put in work later than do something to drastic for the client.
