It was easy for us to make contact and seek help, everyone we talked to was helpful. We were able get Lolita working with someone suitable very quickly. The fact that you deal directly with ICBC and our lawyer and bill ICBC directly is immensely helpful. Ruth seems to be listening well and compassionate. We think she is being helpful and making constructive suggestions. She also ran some test evaluations on Lolita which are also helpful to us.

My experience with Cory Arthurs has been very good. Her approach is calm and attentive. She has provided me with some important insights about perspective and goal-setting, as well as giving me homework on self-care, which I definitely need to push me. Early days but very good so far.
