I like having my sessions on the EAsT side of town,,close to my home. i like not having to think about work. or see work. it was extremely helpful during my recovery. i would walk there and spend that time contemplating preSession and post.very helpful. other than that. xavier has been helpful and I could not be where i am today without. trust is good.

No Fear Counselling is one that I'm surely recommend to anybody who needs counselling and advises. They will do the best that they can for you to recover from anxiety and stress and even depression. They will help you as well with other concerns like family matters and other problems that you may encounter. Well, it depends on what kind of situation you have. And Rob my adviser or counsellor is one the best and I am doing good right now because of him. I am following all of his advise and I do applied all of the things I learned from him.
