Catherine is so easy to talk to and provides very helpful strategies to help me manage issues. She is very compassionate. I always feel less anxious and more optimistic after a session with her.

Maggie was amazing for my first session. She was a great listener and also provided great insights and questions to consider to work toward my relationship goals and get after some passions and hobbies I haven’t prioritized. She was warm and friendly and very approachable. Thanks Maggie!
