Lindsay is a great listener and I always feel better at the end of the session. She's very patient and I feel very safe talking to her. I also learn a lot about what I feel and how might my brain could be working, and she pays good attention to the situations I go through and use that to help me understand what might be going on.

Jane has helped so much. I wish I found her right after my car accident. She is truly so kind and such a good listener. I feel so lucky to have Jane as my Counsellour.

Phenomenal at finding exactly what you are looking for and very welcoming

My counsellor was Apek and she was amazing. Although I didn’t have many session with her, Apek was very thoughtful and open to listen to anything I had to say. She also challenged me to start journaling more which is helping. Thank you Apek and best of luck for the future.
