Curtis has been extremely helpful in restoring my self-esteem and self-confidence. He helps me work through many life stressors and process them in a more positive way. He helps me get to the core of what is affecting me in a negative way and together we work on those issues. Curtis is flexible enough to listen to what is currently going on in my life but also can help direct me and help me focus on the real problems. After every session with Curtis I leave feeling lighter, more positive and optimistic.

Natalie is a wonderful therapist. I have found our visits quite helpful in a short time. She listens to me and gives appropriate and helpful feedback as needed.

I guess it started a debrief type of process for me.
Not sure how someone supervises counselling without being there. Maybe my counsellor does not need supervision.

I can't find the words to describe how amazing, caring and knowledgeable Lima is. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. She's definitely a Godsend. Without her help, I probably wouldn't have been able to deal with my MVA.

We have seen Ofir for a few sessions now for couples therapy focusing on EFT. He has been able to explain the processes and the reasonings behind the therapy itself and we are able to learn how to communicate better as a couple. We have lots of work to do still but are thankful for finding someone like Ofir to guide us.

Anvika provides excellent counseling, she listens and even provides advice in discussions. It is easy to speak with her, and she includes exercises such as square breathing.
